Today Ava turned one! I can't believe how big she is getting and how fast she is growing! To celebrate her birthday I took her to the park to ride on the swings and climb on the equiptment. Aunt Jill was so excited to come with us and the kid in her came out as the two of them climbed through the tunnels.
We went to dinner at Friendly's which was my favorite craving while I was pregnant so I assumed that Ava was part of the reason I liked the restarant so much. It was also one of my favorite places to go as a kid and we always went out to dinner when it was someone's birthday. My parents and brother's and sister all joined us to celebrate. Afterward we headed over to Grandma & Grandpa's for some ice cream cake that Ava enjoyed smushing! Such a big day for my big girl!
